This year, second graders had such an advantage with the weather! We were able to get out there moments before the rain started, but because we already started we kept at it! Rain drops didn't slow us down; it just pushed us to run faster than ever. I am very proud of all the 2nd graders. It was very nice to have some families come to support the kids as well. For those that were unable to make it...we caught a few photos to share! You heard me right, we took a virtual field trip to OHIO during our morning Brain Break using GoNoodle! We relaxed our minds while we floated along in a bubble through nearby neighborhoods. Here's some information we learned about the Cleveland, OH!
It looks like Irem, Avery, and Rihanna are teaching their Golden Toads all of the reading strategies we're learning in class! While Hanah is being very good art teacher to hers! Our toads will be ready for 3rd grade in no time! I'm not ready for them to leave though!

Our Scholastic book order came in today! LOOK AT ALL THOSE BOOKS! I think it's be most books ever purchased in one month for Mr. Andary's class! So proud of my Reader-Leaders! Keep up the at-home, in the park, under the stars reading! Can we beat our own record for October?????
